Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

Shipping rates.

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $40 or more.
• Orders under $40: Standard Shipping — $5.95 flat rate.
• At checkout you may also choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail at live carrier rates calculated for your address.

Delivery time. Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location — typically faster for West Coast addresses. Estimated delivery dates for your address are shown at checkout.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way via the link in the email or on the order status page.

Address changes. If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us at info@belstashoes.com as soon as possible — we can update it any time before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days or your package appears lost, email us at info@belstashoes.com and we'll resolve it — every shipment is insured.

International shipping. We don't ship internationally yet — U.S. addresses only. Stay tuned!
